Guns&Tactics Ltd and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Guns&Tactics Ltd believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Guns&Tactics Ltd and its subsidiaries. 

Shipping & Delivery

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Returns Policy

At Guns &Tactics (pty) Ltd we strongly believe in the quality of our products. We want you to be 100 % satisfied with your purchase. Should product not be satisfactory upon receipt, please notify us and we will rectify it. We gladly accept exchanges or returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise within 7 days of receiving your purchase (custom products like extra colour/pattern/ inner layer gear excluded ). Courier costs in such a event will become the consumers liability.
We offer 2 years warranty on all our Kydex products ( excluding clips ), however, Guns & Tactics Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to any consumer who has unrealistic demands in terms of cosmetic maintenance or adjustments; or purposefully creates non existing faults or damages of the product after purchase thereof. Replacement of damaged products during warranty period is limited to one. Customer patterns or colour will be replaced with plain black. If at any time a consumer should be dissatisfied with his/her product after receipt of such product, it will be solely at the discretion of Guns & Tactics (pty) Ltd of how the package will be despatched/returned to us for potential adjustments and thereafter despatched/returned to consumer. If for any reason the consumer request to have additional adjustments made to said product, which was not discussed at the time of placing the order or has unrealistic demands, the courier costs thereof for despatching will become the consumers liability.
On evaluation of said product it will be at the sole discretion of Guns & Tactics Pty Ltd on how we will deal with the matter in either replacing or fixing it.
Guns & Tactics Pty Ltd will solely refund monies to consumers on the basis that should a consumer not be happy with his/her product to request as such in writing via email and upon returning it to us in its original form, the courier costs thereof would become the consumers liability, which will be deducted from balance paid by consumer. Refunds will be done within 10 (ten) working days upon us receiving the product thereafter. Should any damages be caused to the product while in possession of the consumer, it will be charged for accordingly. Custom products (made to customers specifications) which includes extra colours, patterns or inner suede layer are not refundable.
Guns & Tactics Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse orders of any kind at anytime at our sole discretion and no discussion will be entered into.
Guns & Tactics Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any damages caused to or loss of product while in transit to the consumer.
